处置群体性事件是一项政策性与技术性很强的公安工作,必须将战略与战术运用相结合,侧重于战术运用,重点把握六项原则:信息优先、及时预警原则;快速反应、提前备警原则;大兵压境、以压促缓原则;统一指挥、协调有序原则;综合施策、因势利导原则;依法处置、效果最优原则。

To handle group conflicts requires the combination of policy and techniques so the public security units should employ good strategy as well as tactics.To be specific,there are six tactical principles: the priority of information,prompt response,the pressure with large group of police,unified leadership,comprehensive policy and acting by the law.
