警用无人机因其独特的空中视角、机动灵活的飞行特征,在公安警务工作中发挥着越来越重要的作用,展示出良好的应用前景。警用无人机出现后推动了警务战法革新,初步形成了警用无人机技战法。开展警用无人机实战应用技战法理论研究和实践探索,有助于深入挖掘警用无人机技术优势,推动警务实战能力提升,但警用无人机技战法研究还不成熟,应用场景相对单一,信息化程度不高,战术战法需要进一步凝练完善。针对警用无人机应用现状,结合不同的警务实战场景,警用无人机技战法主要包括应急处突、防控预警、隐蔽侦查、封控抓捕、巡航比对五种。
Abstract:Because of its unique aerial view and flexible flight characteristics, police unmanned aerial vehicle plays an increasingly important role in public security work and shows a good application prospect. The emergence of police unmanned aerial vehicle promoted the innovation of police tactics and initially formed the tactics of police unmanned aerial vehicle. Carrying out theoretical research and practical exploration of police unmanned aerial vehicle will help to dig deep into its technical advantages and promote its actual combat capability. However, the research on police unmanned aerial vehicle in actual combat is still immature, its application scenario is relatively simple, and its information level is not high, so the tactics need to be further refined and improved. In view of the current application of police unmanned aerial vehicle, combined with different police actual combat scenarios, the tactics for police unmanned aerial vehicle mainly include five categories: emergency response, prevention and early warning, covert investigation, blockade and arrest, and navigation comparison.
